Probably the only window for weather over past few days and into next week and we are game on for a bass trip off the Portland races. The weather is supposed to turn early afternoon so the plan is to come inshore and fish the Shambles bank.

This is good news as I have a loads of new stock of the Eddystone eels and the Red Gill range so the plan is to get some filming done alongside showing the eels catching big bass. Well that’s the plan and sunshine is also forecast so for a December day it could be an omen for a good trip to start to close off what has been a really hot year.

So all fingers and toes crossed it will happen and I will post after the event and let you all know what the outcome of the day was.
